How to change your Portal email

Lost access to the email connected to your Web Portal account or simply want to use another one to log in? 📝 Today, we bring you good news, islanders: now you can change your email on the Web Portal!

Here’s how you can do this:

  1. Log into your game account on the Web Portal.
  2. Open the “My Account” page.
  3. Click on “Edit” to the right of “Email.”
  4. Enter your current password and new email, and click “Save.” Please note that you can only add a valid email that is not connected to any other game account.
  5. After that, a verification letter will be sent to the email you indicated. Make sure to check your inbox, click the green “Confirm your email address” button inside the letter, and then on “Verify your email.”
  6. Done! Now, you can use this email to enter the game.
