It’s been almost a week since the expansion update was released! ⛵ Many new things made their way into the game – and it’s only natural to feel a bit overwhelmed as you discover them. Below, we have prepared answers to the most frequent questions about the adventure! ⬇

▪ Is it a permanent update?

Yes, quests and islands related to the expansion are permanent. No need to rush!

▪ But I saw a timer in the news archive!

A timer within the game is related to the update news with a gift, not the adventure. No worries!

▪ Where will be the new territory, and how will it work?

The new territory is located on the other side of your home island. When you complete the storyline, you will travel there by clicking a button on the bottom panel. You can place decorations and pets in the lagoon. Neighbors who have claimed the lagoon will be able to visit yours. Moreover, new buildings, crops, activities, decorations, a new farm animal, and even a new pet will be waiting for you!

▪ How do I reach the lagoon?

Click on your boat and choose the lagoon from the list – it’s located between the Island of the Turtles and the Island of the Earthly Rainbow.

▪ Where can I find the resources acquired in the lagoon?

They all go to your storage automatically – you can find them there.

▪ How can I place the lumberjack and the stone quarry in the lagoon?

You will be able to do this when you complete the storyline. Until then, you can place them in storage to free up some space on your island.

▪ Why doesn’t fog in the lagoon recede?

At first, some territory is locked until you complete certain missions. Keep doing the update quests, and eventually, the lagoon will open up for you.

▪ How can I get crossing amulets to enter Secret Worlds in the temple?

You can get them with florins or diamonds at the temple entrance. After you complete the storyline, you will get amulets by increasing your lagoon level.

▪ Where to get Distant Starlight, Master Keys, and Explosive Barrels?

These can be found in floating sarcophagi at the end of each Secret World. You can also get them with diamonds when interacting with an object that requires them.

▪ Do I need these tools to complete Secret World challenges?

No, all the challenges can be completed without them. There’s always a way around, even when it seems there’s not!

▪ I couldn’t collect all the stellar mosaic fragments in a Secret World, what do I do?

You have to enter and complete another Secret World. You will never run out of them.

▪ I can’t reach a certain chest on a cliff in a desert Secret World. How can I do that?

Make sure that you removed all obstacles around it – take a closer look at that cactus and rock to the right of the cliff.

▪ Where can I find raw materials obtained in Secret Worlds?

They get packed into crates, baskets, and bundles and go to your storage when you exit. Open your storage, find them under the “All” tab, and click the “Use” button to unpack them.

▪ I can’t find an answer to my question!
